Country Club

All apartments at the Quinta do Lago Country Club are equipped with a key card to open the door and enable the electricity.

The key card gives you also access to the various Club entries and will be handed to you at the reception during check-in and must be returned at check-out.

The apartments at the Quinta do Lago Country Club are completely equipped for your day-to-day, offering among others the following articles for your convenience:

-Cutlery;
-Plates;
-Pans;
-Pots;
-Bowls;
-Pyrex;
-Tablecloths.

Additionally we offer other equipment’s such as e.g. pressure cookers.

You can purchase at our Reception products such as:

-Wines;
-Water with and without gas;
-Ground coffee/coffee filters and Nespresso capsules;
-Tea;
-Juice;
-Ice;
-Milk and butter.

Please contact our Reception for availability and prices.

If you need something else which is not on our list please let us know.

All apartments are cleaned daily with beds made, with the exception of holidays.

Linens are changed twice a week and towels daily, if necessary.

Unfortunately not all apartments can be cleaned in the morning, we therefore apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please report immediately any breakages, damage or defects to our Reception.

A personal hygiene kit, available in all apartments at the Quinta do Lago Country Club, are part of the complimentary services to our guests.

The kit is composed of:

-Shampoo;
-Bath Gel;
-Cap;
-Soap.

If you wish not to be bothered in your apartment please place the signage outside your door.

All user manuals of your apartment’s appliances are in a kitchen drawer, inside a folder.

Please don’t take pages of these manuals or remove the folder from the apartment.

Make sure that the refrigerator doors are well closed after each use in order to avoid the formation of ice.

Under no circumstances should any equipment be used outside the apartment.

All existing equipment’s are checked periodically.

Please contact our reception if you experience a malfunction or difficulty in use.

The Quinta do Lago Country Club offers its guests extra beds (maximum 1 per room) and cots for children’s up to 4 years.

Please request them at our Reception prior to your arrival.

The cost per bed or cot is €35 per stay.

In all apartments at the Quinta do Lago Country Club you will find an inventory list inside of one of the drawers in the kitchen.

The inventory of your apartment, including furniture and equipment’s, will be checked at the time of check-out.

We recommend to check out the inventory list on arrival and inform us immediately of any faults you may find.

If anything is missing after exiting the apartment it will be charged for at Check-out.

Breaking and damage will also be charged and must be paid at Check-out.

All apartments at the Quinta do Lago Country Club are equipped with a Jacuzzi.

Please note that the Jacuzzi motor only operates when the injectors are below water level.

Because some Jacuzzis might not be used for longer periods we always recommend that prior to your first use you circulate some minutes with cold water so that any stagnant water is removed by this process.

If you have any difficulty in use, please contact our Reception.

All apartments at the Quinta do Lago Country Club offer a free to use safe.

The safe is located inside the apartment’s entrance hall and we recommended that all of your valuables are stored there.

It is also possible to make use of the safe in our Reception upon request.

The telephone switchboard of the Quinta do Lago Country Club is available to its guests 24 hours a day.

You can receive calls directly in your apartment, without going through our operator, please contact our Reception to know your direct apartment number.

The phone in your apartment is equipped with an electronic mailbox.

By the phone is a manual that tells you how to operate the system, in case of difficulties please contact our Reception.

The apartments at the Quinta do Lago Country Club have terraces with views of the Ria Formosa and/or the Lake.

These terraces are equipped with adequate furniture and consisting cushions.

We would appreciate if you collect these cushions to the inside of the apartment in case of bad weather.

The water supplied by the Quinta do Lago Country Club is safe for consumption, however due to its treatment it sometimes might smell of chlorine and we therefore recommend to drink only bottled water.

All apartments are equipped with several 220 Volt outlets.
