Check-In & Check-Out
You can Check-In to your apartment after 16:00. If you wish to Check-In earlier please contact the reception in advance to check availability.
You should Check-Out out until 10:00. If you wish Check-Out later please contact the Reception at least 24 hours in advance to check availability.
There is a luggage room near the Reception where you can store your bags and belongings while waiting for the apartment on arrival or after Check-Out.
Complaints Book
The Quinta do Lago Country Club offers complaints book which can be requested at our Reception.
Insurance
Your personal property is not covered by the insurance policy of the Quinta do Lago Country Club.
We recommend that your valuable goods are stored in the free to use safe of your apartment, which is located inside the apartment’s entrance hall.
Upon request, it is possible to make use of the safe in our Reception.
Membership
The Quinta do Lago Country Club is located in the heart of Quinta do Lago, in an elegant, exclusive and private area.
The Club is surrounded by a huge scenic beauty, with stunning views of the Ria Formosa and the Atlantic Ocean.
The Club it´s composed of luxury T1, T2 and T3 apartments , which are a Timeshare investment.
When buying co-ownership weeks (D.R.H.P.) you acquire the right to use your apartment during a certain period every year (one or more weeks), without worrying about advanced reservations.
As an owner of the Club you take advantage of all existing infrastructures, amenities and exclusive offers.

Non-Smoking
The Quinta do Lago Country Club is a non-smoking unit and therefore no smoking is allowed in all apartments and common areas.
Pets
We are sorry, but pets are not allowed in the apartments, gardens, swimming pools and other interior or exterior areas of Quinta do Lago Country Club.
Protection
Portugal, and the Algarve in particular, has a low percentage of crime.
However we recommend that you close all the doors and windows of your apartment at the Quinta do Lago Country Club every time you leave and also during the night.

Safety
Security is of paramount importance to all guests and employees of the Quinta do Lago Country Club.
Please observe the safety rules.
In your apartment:
-Make sure that all equipment’s are used properly and is turned off when not in use, especially the stove and the oven;
-Take particular care on wet and/or slippery surfaces;
-Make sure that cigarettes are completely wiped out In the ashtray before you throw them in the garbage bin;
-For your safety we advise caution in handling of any cooking tools and that you keep them out of reach of children’s;
-Do not leave children’s alone in the kitchen area;
-Advise your children how to use the stairs;
-Don’t try to fix or repair any equipment;
-At any level above ground floor, children’s should be supervised when using the terraces;
In the gardens and streets:
-Drive slowly;
-Use the parking spaces marked;
-Do not park outside the appropriate locations;
-Children should be supervised near the lakes, pools and fountains;
-Use the garbage bins.
